11:00am Viewing and voting
11:30am Presentation in the Holmes Great Hall
12:15pm Lunch in the Holmes Great Hall
AZALEA GROUP
12:00pm Viewing and voting
12:30pm Presentation in the Leonhardt Auditorium
1:15pm Lunch in the Laura and Bill Buck Atrium

Table host’s responsibilities include:
Informing guests of event information
Tracking guest attendance
Seating changes
Cancellations
Seating changes and cancellations must be made prior to February 1.

Art in Bloom sponsors will get first opportunity to purchase tickets to the Art in Bloom Private Dinner (March 6), and the Art in Bloom Master Class (March 8).  Only Art in Bloom sponsors and Art in Bloom Luncheon ticket holders will have the opportunity to purchase Art in Bloom Private Dinner tickets and Art in Bloom Master Class tickets.

 

ART IN BLOOM IS A FIRST COME, FIRST-SERVED EVENT – SEATS AND TABLES WILL NOT BE HELD PRIOR TO PAYMENT.
