Sundown Sundays

Sunday, December 11
4:30-5:30pm at Indian River Land Trust’s Toni Robinson Waterfront Trail

$12 per program for VBMA and IRLT members
$15 per program for non-members

Join Hester Bloom, VBMA docent, yoga, qigong, and meditation teacher, for a guided meditation walk through nature on Indian River Land Trust’s Toni Robinson Waterfront Trail. These walks will be gentle, immersive, and contemplative, similar to Japanese Shinrun Yoku or Forest Bathing. Participants are invited to slow down, awaken the senses to the environment, and feel a sense of well-being with the surrounding natural world.

For those interested, the walk will be preceded by a brief, informal tour of Changing Nature: A New Vision, Photographs by James Balog at the VBMA beginning at 3:30pm to deepen appreciation for both the photographic arts and the natural art of our Indian River habitat.

Docent Guided Gallery Tours

Docent-guided tours occur Tuesday-Sunday at 2:00pm.

Tours are included with admission and registration is not necessary.
