Children’s Art Festival Attracts Thousands to the Vero Beach Museum of Art
On Saturday, April 11, the Vero Beach Museum of Art galleries, grounds, and studios were abuzz with artists of all ages at the Children’s Art Festival, a free, annual celebration of the arts and art making. This year’s program attracted 3,000 attendees.

May 9: Experience The Painted Life of Artist Gregory Gillespie
The Painted Life of Gregory Gillespie arrives as the first feature-length documentary examining the life and art of Gregory Gillespie (1936–2000), the extraordinary late-20th-century painter and iconoclast. The film screening and discussion take place at the VBMA on Saturday, May 9, 2026, from 2 to 4 p.m., as part of the Museum’s Second Saturday free-admission program.
April 18 – Delight in Selections from the “Great American Songbook”
Clap your hands and tap your feet when Pianist Tom Servinsky and vocalist Lisa Macalaster come to the VBMA to present Selections from the “Great American Songbook”, a musical journey that echoes the creativity and spirit of America. Tickets for the Saturday, April 18, 2026, 3 p.m. performance are now on sale.
Fun for All Ages at the VBMA 2026 Children’s Art Festival – April 11
The entire family is welcome at the Vero Beach Museum of Art on Saturday, April 11, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. for the Children’s Art Festival. The free, all-ages event is the Museum’s annual celebration of the arts and art making.
Museum in the Garden Capital Campaign Reaches $110 Million
VBMA is pleased to announce that it has reached a new milestone in its Museum in the Garden capital campaign, raising $110 million toward its $126 million goal, including gifts from nearly 50 new donors since the project’s November 7, 2025, groundbreaking.
