This studio course is for students who wish to explore a painting medium with an emphasis on creative thinking. Students will discover the fundamental techniques of acrylic painting merged with an innovative approach to color harmony, compositional balance, and expressive mark making. Comparisons of abstract expressionist artists and contemporary non-representational artists will be studied.
Classes meet October 2 – December 4 Register by Sep 25
