Film Studies: Jersey Gems – Tales from the Garden State

November 19, 2019 @ 1:30 pm - December 17, 2019 @ 7:00 pm

$80. – $90.
Tuesdays at 1:30pm or 7pm

November 19 – December 17, 2019

Who doesn’t love a good New Jersey story? Judging by the makeup of our film-loving audience, many either grew up somewhere in New Jersey, made summer treks to the Jersey Shore as a kid, or still actually live there during the summer months. These five films celebrate the spirit of things “Jerseyan.” You may know some of these stories, but haven’t seen them in ages. If that’s the case, you’re going to love revisiting them! Some of these tales may be entirely new for you. If you were ever a visitor to the Ivy League town of Princeton, and enjoyed walks through the beautiful, stately campus, you will enjoy testing your I.Q. with Walter Matthau as your guide, in the role of Jersey’s famed physicist, Albert Einstein.
