Challenging Realism with Colored Pencil

This class will help all level students learn the basics of hyperrealism drawing techniques using colored pencils. Students will master the art of observation as they learn to notice the subtle properties of lights and colors on any given object to create a drawing resembling a photograph. Step-by-step guidance and demonstration will boost the students’ confidence in using colored pencils as a drawing tool. The instructor will teach by both lecture and studio demonstration.
