Beginning and intermediate levels
Learn to throw on the potter’s wheel or improve your throwing skills. Practice and projects will make this class fun and exciting. Learn to center clay on the wheel, open and pull up the clay to produce pots that may become your favorite mugs, cups, and bowls! This course will not only help you learn to throw but give you the skills to enjoy throwing. You will also learn about glazing so your pots will be functional. We encourage you to sign up for the pottery lab with this course to provide you with more time to practice and complete projects.
Classes meet March 20 – May 22
