AM I DONE YET?
Pamela Pike Gordinier
“Am I done yet?” is the question that most artists face. It is the little voice that we hear that stops us from moving forward. Have you always wanted that little voice to tell you what your options are? This course is designed to help you develop your own critical eye and expand your language of art, i.e., dominance, color, light and dark patterns (Notan), etc.
Bring in five paintings and listen to a personal critique of your work with concrete suggestions of how to finish. Or, start from scratch using your own work as a jumping off point. Most of all, learn to move forward finishing your more expressive, compelling art.
Pamela Pike Gordinier has been a member of The Connecticut Academy of Fine Arts, The Copley Society of Boston, and the Connecticut Watercolor Society. An award winning artist, her work hangs in the collections of several Fortune 500 companies. With a Master’s in Education, Pam works to demystify the language of art. She teaches in Stonington, CT, and has taught workshops in Venice, Portugal, and France.
